About Vern & Marian

Marian Fielding grew up on a small dairy farm in Provo/Orem, Utah with 7 other brothers and sisters. She received her Applied Associate Degree in Business Management with a Banking and Finance Emphasis from Utah Valley State College (now Utah Valley University). In 1999, she moved to the wonderful community of Lewiston, Utah and also received her real estate license. In 2001, Marian became licensed in Idaho and in 2003 earned the Associate Broker designation. She has completed all of the GRI requirements (Graduate of REALTOR(R) Institute), has served on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Cache Valley and the Cache Education Foundation, and has served in numerous positions with the Cache Valley Association of REALTORS and on the PTA at her kids' school.

Vern Fielding was raised on a potato farm in Goshen Idaho (Near Firth/Shelley area) with his sister and 5 brothers. He went to Ricks College and graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor's in Accounting. He started his own company, Laser Precision, in 1989. His first taste of real estate came from purchasing and selling his own personal homes, and he has been successful purchasing, refurbishing, and selling homes throughout Cache Valley. He got his real estate license in 2008 and earned the Rookie of the Year award his first year in real estate. He has completed his GRI designation and has also earned the Realtor of the Year award. He has served as Treasurer and President of the Board for the Cache Valley Association of REALTORS. He has 8 children and 5 grandchildren.

Together they work diligently, spending countless hours working with Buyers to find the perfect home for them, and take a special effort to market Sellers' homes to try to sell in the shortest amount of time possible. They also own and manage several rental homes. Ninety-five percent of their business comes from satisfied client referrals.
